Sweep the neighborhood of a seed proxy on common ports to discover new candidates
Widest allowed is /20 (4096 hosts); with the port preset the probe cap (8192) limits it further, so large ranges need them paired carefully.
Open ports are inserted as unknown and flow into the regular validation pipeline. Rate-limited to ~4 probes/s.
